I was thinking something like

final smash is a bit tougher but I was thinking maybe a warp could open up around him and take enemies into Boulder Dash to get crushed.

I think his neutral B should be his spin and pressing it would become a tornado spin horizontal recover.

I was thinking the same thing for the spin and just thought it made more sense as a side move. Down airs that send you straight down can be annoying but the bellyflop as a special seems a bit boring
