Those are for selecting letter user. This set up lets you edit what you wrote without having to move the selection box up to the word. Did you misinterpret what they mean by cursor? Because that's referring to the cursor on the word your typing, not the one you use to select letters.

The Persona games have limited animations and action sequences, meaning that most of the time, 5fps or 120fps would look exactly the same. Also, there were no reaction inputs in past Persona games.

But granted, P5 is a big step up from P4 in terms of graphics and animation, and many menus seem to be somewhat animated too. It still isn't a game where it actually matters.

Personally, all I want is a steady framerate. Whether it's 30 or 60fps in P5 or similar games really doesn't matter to me.
