NOW We continue. Meanwhile, you playing any FE right now? Which ones? Which games are your favourite?
What's going on? >I'm playing Fire emblem: Order of the crimson arm (AKA Tacthack), a fantastic ROMhack of FE7. >Who gets used and who gets boosters is up to you >No restartan for lost units Game Overs : 4 Dead Units: Aceline, Meila, Elaine, Dione(technically I guess)
FAQs >Is this hack finally finished? All stages are complete, but for some bugfixing. Supports are determined, but conversations are not yet implemented. The team is still working on it. >Are there any other hacks worth playing? Most hacks are WIP in perpetuity. Those that aren't are largely just lazy art swaps(like Tales of the Emblem), or are hilariously bad rewrites(like MK404 emblem). Then there's horrible, HORRIBLE hacks that had potential(the last promise), or are just bad(gheb). I don't really recommend any other hacks that I've actually played >What's the best starting point for Fire Emblem? blazing sword(Fire Emblem) or the Sacred stones are both fantastic starting points.
druids being physically resistant was pretty consistent throughout 6-7-8, as far as enemy stats go. generic enemy sages and bishops would have 20 health 0 def 30 resistance, immune to magic but fold like a wet noodle to physical, while druids would be something like 30/10/15, which is still a one-round to your overpowered units but not a 5x overkill like other mages.
No, I’m pretty sure Druids were exactly like the other magic units in their defensive makeup in the GBA games. I need to check the average unit stats of stuff like FE6 Chapter 22 or FE8 chapter 14B...
And here’s the average Bishop from the same chapter. Sure, the Druid is slightly weaker in res and stronger in defense, but it’s hardly enough to imply they’re meaningfully more physically defensive.
