It can get a bit annoying when characters don't shut the hell up, and Tiny Tina is awful but for the most part it's pretty funny. Torgues DLC where he's clearly overcompensating was great, so was the psychological tour de force of the Tina DLC.

Torgue DLC was great. Actually, Torgue is the only character that doesn't annoy the fuck out of me. He can get silly and over the top, but not really annoying like the rest.

Based, Zed is the most wholesome and likeable NPC in the franchise

Basically the enemies get tougher and drop more powerful loot, but since you're still 72 you don't get extra skill points or more health, but you can get OP levels weapons too, which are more powerful.

the more rounds of the digistruct arena you finish the harder the game gets
but rare loot drop chances also increase and also become more powerful
its completely optional

I personally dislike it because of the whole gravity and slam thing.
BL3 seems to do some cool stuff by integrating slam into an Amara ability though, and of course sliding is a baseline mechanic now.
I enjoy a bit more grounded gameplay instead of the gravity stuff.

When should I do OP levels? After UVHM?

It felt empty to me, less situations to use a full build on and nothing to test how good you are. The only exception being the boss of that claptrap dlc.

Ceraunic storm is all about using Fire and Electricity, stacking up elemental damage and effect chance

Adding that Bleed effect to as many enemies as possible also helps.

Faster paced gameplay + more mobility/speed always feels nice in shooters. Borderlands is a bit slow/floaty but they've progressively been improving that since 1.

Gunplay and movement feels a lot better, classes feel better designed, environments and story have more depth. I think the aussie studio that worked on it did an amazing job on the game considering they were essentially a rookie studio. It's most glaring flaw is that it got rushed and the main dev branch shipped over Anthony Burch to work and "lead" the aussie dev team, which definitely had a negative impact on it.

Mechanically, it's the best game. Nice and short so getting characters to the other modes doesn't take that long.

All the original bugs were never fixed, and new ones sneaked in during the conversion.

Don't touch the DLC until you clear Playthrough 2 and level auto-scaling kicks in, then play Knoxx first as that campaign starts at 51 and doesn't auto-scale until completed. Ned and Claptrap can be done afterwards, preferably in that order. Moxxi is ignorable.

What’s the difference between BL2 and TPS?

TPS takes place on Pandora's moon. you get an 02 mask that lets you do different effects on ground pound with a short burst double jump (since low gravity)
also there are laser weapons.

I think its a mix. Before Rhys Jailbroke him, he wasn't able to do anything without explicit instruction. As soon as he is jailbroken he starts acting on his own, without instruction.

I got a few characters through the story to max level, 1-2 to OP8, then gibbed every other character I wanted to play, but didn't want to take them through the story, up to OP8.

Having four slots doesn't really open up your options, it just gives you a little more inventory space and less pausing right before or in the middle of combat to get out a more preferable gun for a certain enemy/situation. The gameplay is just better and smoother when you aren't arbitrarily locked to two guns until the story decides you can equip more at once.

There are already innumerable things to 'work towards' in any given BL title. Kneecapping the flow of combat really isn't 'fine;. But it's not really a big deal either, it's not like gearbox has ever been extremely competent at what they do.

How does it make it "easier"? Literally all it does it allow you to switch out weapons faster without, again, kneecapping the flow of combat by forcing you to pause and go to menu. For no good or discernible reason other than "because". There's not even a good sense of progression for it, it's just like, "Finally I can actually carry more weapons."

It makes it easier because you have more weapons, which in turn is more ammo types to rely on.

There was space in the manufacturer niches if they let Bandit have very bad elementals with the biggest mags but S&S maintained their balanced position with consistently good baseline performance. There's still space in BL3 with Bandit gone and replaced by what is essentially Eridian 2.0, but they're still fucking missing.

better writing but not too much, you can actually feel the charactera having a personality, they are not just sticks who shoot shit, faster movility once you get used to low gravity, legendaries are easier to farm and better skill trees (just a little but you can really notice it)

I hate every character except Zed and Jack in BL2 but what didn't you like about Jack? It's mindboggling how likable he is when this game contains so much dialogue that makes me feel embarassed even though nobody is watching.

In what way is a great concept? It's an absolutely trash concept. What are your options

You could say it would be good if it were only useful for tougher enemies that rarely show but it fucking wouldn't. You get 4 gun slots. 4. You want one of each of the elements because apparently corrosive bullets stop being bullets when they hit shield etc, and it would be nice to have a last slot to put a weapon you actually want to use in (but really it's a rocket launcher for FFYL). I sure do like menuing constantly every time a strong enemy I'm not specced for atm pops up.
For a game with 87 bazillion guns they sure found 87 bazillion ways to limit me using them.
In what possible way can this be a good gameplay concept?
I'll admit maybe I'm just soured because when 98% of the loot drops are unusable trash and like 5% of the loot drops are an element it can get fucking tedious not having anything decent going and not having realistic hope of something popping out any time soon.

Fair enough, I'm just the type of player that does all the quests in order so I probably stayed there much longer than I needed to. Been a while since I played BL2 so the beginning of the game being long is just how I remember it.

She gained the ire of a lot of players at the end of the pre sequel. For one she ordered the Crimson Raiders to gun down Athena when she posed no threat and her story clearly showed that she left Handsome Jack as soon as she realized he was a homicidal psycho.

It was a dick move but I'm thinking it's going to be a plot point in BL3 that Lilith is a bit too aggressive as a leader and getting hopped up on Eridium is going to drive her a little mad.

I don't get it either user. I was fucking around with BL2 last night, and I felt like I was on boredom autopilot. Game was so mindless and boring I just kept going without any real engagement, just doing the same shit over and over and over again.
