All good points. Sadly, all games fall under this umbrella of gripes these days. I want to play the new ANNO 1800 game but it looks like it's chock full of minorities and women especially. A few women wouldn't be so jarring or maybe something ethnic specific if it fits accordingly. There's an indian or whatever blowing up stuff. A whole lot of weird minor changes that just kill any immersion.

Last time i tried this you literally spent more time on load times and AI turns than actually playing the game, somehow i doubt adding more factions will solve that issue.

I wanted to like this game, but global map looks like shit. I just cannot stand that crap. Battle camera is also shit. A much as I like warhammer, this series is a pass for me.

Honestly who cares about the DLC the patch changes are what really matter.

They are removing the massive resolve bonus the playable factions get when doing AI vs AI fights so we can actually see them losing cities to minor factions and having minor factions fight them off. They are also removing the massive public order bonus the AI get so raiding them can actually cause rebellions now.

Late game map is gonna actually look like a proper total war now.

yeah, I tried, it helped a little but still, overall map should be 2d.

That's too bad, much to my surprise at the release of Warhammer 1, the game ran amazingly well on my mediocre system. Sequel was considerably worse so I probably wont even bother with 3 before I upgrade.
