What are some good singleplayer RTS/RTT games? Ones with fleshed out singleplayer campaigns or missions please.

All of them.
Dawn of War and all the expansions
starcraft and its expansion
age of empires 2 and its expansion
HAH!
SC1's campaign is pretty basic and blizzard really likes to cripple your army composition until the end of a campaign.
>Myth
aw shit my nigga that game was dope. Great storytelling all around and the multiplayer was fun as fuck
still gives me goosebumps
youtu.be
Well, OP kinda has it covered already, but Myth 2 (and Myth: The Fallen Lords using The Fallen Levels mod).
>Casualties
Remember me?
Myth was fun as fuck dude. I havent seen anyone talk about this shit in forever. Used to play this on my dads computer when I got home from middle school.
Absolutely goat.
I remember cheesing the game with dwarves/archers to get that no casualty run on max difficulty.
RTS
warzone, C&C:FA, RA3 XPAC dlc, LOTR BFME 1 and 2, WC3 +xpac, Mech commander
RTT
battle isle phase 4, XCOM 1 '10s edition, space hulk deathguard or however that was called
age of mythology campaign (vanilla/titans, ignore golden gift and the chinese dlc) is pretty good
>tfw Rise of Nations got ported to steam but not this
>Why did RTS die out anons?
Because of WC3
>B-but WC3 was fun and comfy!
Exactly
Starcraft 2's single player is fun even if the writing outside of the 3 SC1 style characters is shit.
There was a steam group on Yea Forums where we regularly played Myth mutliplayer, but it kind of fell by the wayside. Fun while it was going though.
I'd exclude Heart of the Swarm from that. It was fucking boring because of how easy it was.
Wargame: European Escalation has a pretty good singleplayer campaign.
Age of Mythology is fantastic, especially with the Titans expansion. I think there's a Chinese expansion too now. The campaign is fairly long and you go through the 3 mythological factions, then the 4th with atlanteans, then I guess the 5th with the chinese. It's fun.
Graviteam Tactics if you like WW2.
Wargame series has the best RTS/RTT multiplayer in a decade. Even Steel Division is fun although dead as fuck. Hopefully SD2 will do better.
I always replay you ever 2 years or so. You've never left me.
>especially with the Titans expansion
Dunno about that desu. Campaign was fun but in skirmishes it felt like Titans cheapened the game.
I loved part 1, 'meh'd' part 2 and HATE part 3 because the unit voices trigger the shit out of me. Proton voices suck so much ass.
Honestly, I just had fun playing by myself after all the campaign. Playing custom maps and other random maps in game and just playing against the CPU. It's still a fully fleshed out faction, regardless of how its scenario ended up.
Single player skirmishes in AoM are never not fun. I love how asymmetric the factions are.
The entire game felt like it had so much love put into it. I have it sitting in my library with the Chinky expansion but I still haven't given it a go.

I match your bet
Bring it back and I'll join. Total noob but the game is fun as fuck.
>SD2 doing any better than SD1
doubt. People just want Wargame 4. Eugen is a one-trick pony, all their other games have been failures.
Warzone 2100, hidden gem, also free.
Dawn of War pre-Dark Crusade and Age of Empires 2 are drawn out slogs.
It seems to be balanced much more like Wargame was, more tanks in phase A, more planes that die easily to AA, longer range on the tanks, etc. I think it looks good. The placeable trenches and barbed wire looks cool too, as well as the wargame (hex and counter, not the game) style map mode.
Deserts of Karak has a very well made campaign with persistent unit exp.

Just play Age of Empires Online.
Design wise, the underlying game was AoM2 (Well, it started as AoE4, but that was Ensemble, while it leaned much more AoM2 under GPG).
It lacks the myth units, but the rest is there and definitely on a whole different level than what those AoE2 modders did to it with the Chinese expansion.
>Just play Age of Empires Online.
I fucking wish I still could
>tfw game doesn't work on my os anymore
fun game, loved the terraforming mechanic in combination with the fluid physics
you could build moats if you where determinated enogh also you has to channel all the water out of alien outposts to make the terrain traversible(aliens where aquatic so they have no penality underwater)
real fucking fun, never seen a game which did that
Just google celeste or something like that.
They even have fully working server for the home city/mission grind experience.
I remember playing this on PSX(it was German version).
Really good game.
Empire Earth
Original War
>RTS/RTT with a bit of RPG
>persistent characters that build and staff bases and control custom modular vehicles
>branching campaign with minor choices in early missions can lead to significant consequences near the end
Men of War (early ones, not the assault squad competitive multipleyr) if you like ww2 and autistic inventory micromanagement of every single soldier and vehicle. Also hats.
RTT means real time tactics, not turn based strategy. MechCommander is RTT.
Ah I meant TBS, sorry, RTT is a non existing term.
[unit absorbed]
The unit chatter was also great
Dear lord, i have that hanging around somewhere. K I N O
Rise of nations and Rise of legends are the only RTS with a decent AI.
Dawn of War 2 and the expansions have great campaigns, but if you want basebuilding you'll be disappointed.
I've played through it probably 10 times on the hardest difficulty thanks to the loot and RPG mechanics keeping it fresh.
