Failing the salvaging QTEs at Port Anangham in Mor Ardain and killing the Krabbles that spawn for rare cores was something a lot of people did back when the game came out, but I don't know if that's still 'ideal'.
You could also do driver combos on unique monsters, I guess.

Port Anagham in Mor Ardain is a good spot, salvaging there and failing as abdly as possible with normal cylinders will (almost always) spawn a crab that drops core crystals 100 percent of the time.

That's not how the game works. You should have ~10 rares by now.

2022 at the earliest. Or worse, they intend to have a Xenoblade for the 1-year launch-window of the Switch's successor once again. I also expect the next Zelda to be crossgen again, Nintendo now definitely knows they need a Zelda at launch for one of their console to be successful. I laugh at people expecting it next year.

Hikari, kagutsuchi, and hanna aren't dlc. If it weren't for kamuya, kagutsuchi would be the best tank. HanaJD is probably the best blade in the game, yes I know he has a couple more chapters to get her, and hikari is arguably the second best if you discount fiora, who could be argued as the best blade.
