I don't mind as I live close to a few Asian countries and went there to get some dental work done at a fraction of the cost (including travel and accommodation but it really shouldn't be so expensive, especially considering we now know it can affect your actual health and increase chance of heart related issues.

it's only really worth removing a wisdom tooth if it causes excessive discomfort or constantly gets infected no matter how clean it's kept.

all you really need to do is brush the area. it might be worth getting an interdental brush to brush into the opening of the gum itself (this is where food particles are prone to get trapped and feed an infection). also consider water picks of some kind to blast the area out.

if it begins to get sore you could consider using some antiseptic mouthwash to kill any rampant bacteria for a while (but use it between brushing, as it stains your teeth blue if you use it straight after).

The main problem of wisdom tooth is that it usually errupts in a fucked up way; instead of going up straight, it just leans forward towards the second molar with tons of variable.

the problem with most whitening is that they more or less etch a very thin layer of the enamel. I won't personally recommend as the outer layers afterwards tends to be more porous.
some stains however can only be removed this way so if they really hurt your image, go for it though expect them to be more vulnerable by going for chemical whitening.

if your teeth arent touching each other then you may have a problem. Do note that tooth do actually migrate (it takes years though, called distal drift) if you extracted one and didn't put a spacer/bridge/implant. this will royally fuck up your occlusion.
