Not even. Sekiro's is marginally worse because of the speed of the game and the fact that lock on is borderline required. That being said, the fact that they never bothered fixing their camera is Bethesda-tier game development.

it's funny, I replayed Ninja Gaiden Black just before getting Sekiro and the camera is definitely the worst thing about that game
but being able to orientate it back behind you so fast and smooth is a godsend compared to how the camera in Sekiro will decide to fuck you up at critical moments

no other Souls game comes close to how awful it is here
also an unlocked framerate that can go anywhere from 30 to 60 is insane
just make it locked 30 you absolute morons
