Id like KOS MOS but my bets are on Lloyd since he was deleted as a Mii costume. He's the only Mii outfit in the 3rd DLC pack that hasn't returned to Smash Ultimate in some way.

Maybe because Heihachi has actually shown up in every Tekken game to date, whereas Kazuya has missed an entry and Jin didn't exist until the third game. Who knows.

Back in pre-release ssbb and SSB4 days, they do want Lloyd as a Namco rep but in the ssb4 DLC days Lloyd's popularity started to decrease when pac-man is confirmed as a fighter and this was decreased even further when he was confirmed as a DLC Mii Costume, the SSBU fighters pass DLC days as of now, expected Agumon, Yuri, and mostly other non-swordsman or not anime swordsman characters owned by Namco to be a DLC fighter instead of Lloyd Irving.
