Marvel wanted their own Wonder Woman and Ike Perlmutter didn't want to endorse any X-Men characters due to FOX having the movie rights so we got Carol shoved on us instead of Storm who people actually cared about at one time.

They were never going to do Storm without an X-Men book and if they had all this Carol bitching would be WE WUZ bitching like Pnather got and you know it.

Not sure, but booth babes were nothing but trouble. Most just sat in chairs, instead of standing and presenting the materials. Some would go wandering around...on the job. They were constantly hit on by attendees and employees running the booths. They would also fight with/insult the attendees.
