Which extra boss got cucked hardest by ZUN?
Why does ZUN love Mamizou so much?

How do I git gud
>practice
I am getting better but how long does it usually take for people to 1cc stuff on normal? How about lunatic?

>Flandre
Irrelevant outside of SDM. What's the point in revisiting SDM outside of fanwank which fans already do on their own anyways?

You could say the same of Koishi, but she gets plenty of love in canon works.
Seeing Flandre in the latest game was actually a huge shock, and I was glad that ZUN finally acknowledged her again after all these years. I don't love Flandre as a character, but she does hold a special place in my heart as the character that introduced me to the series.

wouldn't be able to tell you desu. I played 6,7, and 8 like one hour a month for years and barely made any progress but then I buckled down and put in the time and got my first 1cc in IN. That said you don't really "lose" progress or skill, I haven't played touhou in a few months but decided to boot up Double Spoiler today and captured Star Sword Apologetics on the 11th try.

I’ve been wanting to make a touhou fangame that plays like Nioh but what if ZUN doesn’t like it and I end up feeling like shit?

FUCK marisa's spellcards

It depends on how much you play each day and how motivated you are.
While working full time, it took me about a month to 1cc IN on normal, though to be fair I was trying out every Touhou game at that time and wasn't really playing seriously.
If you focus on one of the easier games, it should only take a few hours of gameplay to git gud enough to 1cc normal, I think. At least if you're experienced with games in general.
It also helps to watch runs to get a feel for some of the general strategies. It really pays to know how to stream bullets or read patterns.

Practiced EoSD for 2 months on normal and struggled, probably because I didn't know vpatch existed until later.
Moved on to PCB and got my first normal 1CC in 2 weeks. I never played a bullet hell before Touhou so it took some getting used to.

What happened to that touhou animal crossing fangame?

His rule is now just no crowdfunding and MTX isn’t it? He even allows people to sell games on Steam and console stores now
Shanghai.EXE was more due to Capcom yakuza I think

LOVE Marisa's spellcards

The really old one someone in Yea Forums was making?
Dead as fuck.

Pretty sure you have to ask him for permission for console releases, but I think he's fine with Steam now since he has official games on the platform and his rule has always been "only release fangames on platforms that people can buy the original games on."

The rule is that you can only use distribution or funding channels that the main games use. I wasn’t talking about that though my issue is maybe not being able to capture the spirit of 2hu. You know it’s got a very unique atmosphere, it may be hard nailing the feeling and mood from touhou

>Touhou is a video game.
Prove it.

Stars is the most bullshit projectiles after curvy lasers

nah, knives are more bullshit.

Small stars are pretty bullshit, but big stars give you enough leeway that they feel fine.
Except with the new hitboxes ZUN started using that makes star's hitboxes way too fucking big. This is especially noticeable in CP's fight, fucking hell.
