The first Red Dead Redemption comes pretty close.
Outrun 2006 Coast2Coast
Silent Hill 2 Restless Dreams despite the tank controls
Theres others, but those are some of the ones that get closest

I mean it was a pretty neat story and world. The performances were 10/10. The graphics were 10/10 at the time. Pretty solid soundtrack. But the gameplay tends to drag, especially around the zombies. The rest of the game is just looking at every nook and cranny for a single bullet. Liked it a lot but I never want to replay it
8.5/10
Echo what the others have said, Witcher 3 is garbage but the rest are ones that deserve a 10/10
You realize they made Ellie gay in the TLoU DLC right?
OoT, Super Metroid, and Bloodborne.
XENOSAGA
I always forget how good Perfect Dark was
Bloodborne is amazing with multiplayer, you have good taste
>Standard story
>Standard AI
>Decent Mechanics
>Pretty good multiplayer
It was alright, not much to write home about. I wish the enemy human AI had more to offer than the standard: Find player, pause after finding player, shoot player
6.5/10?
Honestly the time dagger gimmick was the most interesting part of that game
