Thanks to Beerus's EZA RoG SBR turned into a joke and I beat it. I then beat Hybrid Saiyans which was the SBR that was giving me the most trouble out of them. Hybrid SBR is seriously the biggest whale bait SBR.

That strategy only works if you have Omega.

You have great units but you need to awaken them, your team is really good defensively.

Take pride in being a new player that actually knows what a fucking leader skill is and how to build category teams.

It's a pretty decent team but all of those units need to be dokkan awakened before it's truly great. The Broly and SS3 Vegeta also have EZAs you should look to complete once you have teams that can do it (both are pretty easy), since it's a free 60 stones and both turn into fucking monsters.

Not bad at all for a beginner, but bear in mind that Future Gohan is not in the Pure Saiyans category.
He still takes advantage of Vegeta's secondary link skill, but it's a bit weaker.
Try dokkan events to awaken your units.
Go from the easiest to hardest.
The next one you can try awakening is SSB Vegeta.
Bear in mind that his dokkan event has two stages, you need the medals from the first stage.
The second stage gives medals to awaken SSBE Vegeta and is much harder.

Each turn they raise their dodge by 12 percent and their defense by 69%. Assuming they start with around 70-80k defense with no dupes, after just 2 rotations they would have a 24% chance to dodge and around 190k defense. That's insane. The dodge isn't even needed by the time they get to the full 66%. With 1 dupe they will most likely additional one of those 2 turns, leading to a 36% dodge chance with over 250k defense. This is insane.

LR Kale and Caulifla gets a buff on top of the passive ATK and DEF 66% they always get depending on how many allies share the "Joined Forces", "Pure Saiyan", or "Universe 6" Categories, 10% atk for each category.

Their animation is terrible. That still they use as they rush toward the enemy looks horribly off model and their punch rushes have too few frames. Reminds me of the LR Androids where they suddenly snap between a few frames for way too long.

I have no idea what their stats and performance are like but regardless I never chase LR's.

Kale and Caulifla might be the strongest unit in the game right now but you need a team for them... I'd say go for Hit first. The farmable U6 team is top tier. Kale & Caulifla lead Peppy gals (useless) and Combination category (composed of mostly LRs you won't have) so they aren't a great starting unit.

Aside from needing to awaken those units, not bad. That Broly is AMAZING once you EZA him and the super saiyan 3 vegeta is a god tier tank who is also getting an EZA soonish. Bardock is pretty good and will become a decent leader if you ever get enough super saiyan 3s to fill his team out. INT vegeta fell off a bit but he's not terrible. Gohan isn't really getting a full boost on this team since he isn't a pure saiyan but I guess he DOES still get a 100% boost due to being Super class so whatever. He can also be a leader for a different category.

And remember no single team is going to be the answer to all your problems. You'll want to have many different teams for a variety of situations.

Heroes loses a lot of its steam when you finally pull Xeno Cell, Xeno Vegito SS3 and Berserk Goku. From then on you can literally finish matches in round 2. Also the only game mode that's even difficult is the arcade mode, but even that is fucking retarded because its "difficulty" simply comes from you trying to counter their annoying CI speed changes.
