the aiming never felt right in these games. it always felt like a shittier gears to me. i guess the setpieces are better in uncharted, online wasnt broken as shit as well

I played on my hacked PS3 recently. I couldn't finish it, it's the most boring shit in existence. Generic gameplay, soundtrack and locations, I really don't understand how people praised this, I guess the graphics were impressing for it's time but they haven't aged well.

Ridge Racer 7 is the second best in the series and only on PS3.
Time Crisis Razing Storm contains 3 5 star rail shooters. Time Crisis 4, Razing Storm, and Deadstorm Pirates. Get a move of course.
As far as Uncharted goes, the PS4 remaster is the way to go. They didnt shit on the art and they made improvements. Solid frame rate 24/7 and an uprez of course. But also tighter aiming and the removal of those horrible motion controls.

also love the Indiana Jones movies, so this might tilt my opinion. On the gameplay side 1 is the weakest but the games get much better gameplay wise throughout the series.

The first one is not that good, it was more a tech demo game / proof of concept.
The second game was amazing, especially for its time.
The third one was more of the same as the second but not quite as high quality

The games are fun if you like things like Indiana Jones style story telling and combat (minus the whip). The games have cinematic moments but certainly aren't movie games like Yea Forums says. You generally have a lot of control in most situations.
Uncharted 2 and 4 are excellent and 3 is serviceable if you forgive the incoherent story. 1 sucks and is only worth your time if you played the other 3 and need more. I love them all, but 1 is the weakest game by a long shot.

They fixed the aiming in the PS4 collection, the games also run at 60 fps instead of the original 30 on PS3
