I think those are just prerendered cutscenes, and the pachinko itself doesn't actually have in game models, I could be wrong though.
Maybe some brave employee at Konami leaks the assets in the future.

Theres enough prerendered scenes though to make a full on MGS3 movie though. Someone already did it via of-screen footage. Most of the boss fights are fully rendered with action scenarios, and all cutscenes are recreated. Only problem is the facial animations are pretty crap.

I've always found W3's flower fields to be the most comfy. They made Velen a lot prettier in HoS and then of course Blood and Wine was just great everywhere.
