Atrociously bad, and I mean it.
They're the worst animations Illusion ever put out, if you think HS is bad on that side then do not bother with KK, ever, the game is basically a glorified poser, nobody cares about the sex part because it's really, REALLY bad.
Perhaps the Emotion Creator update will fix it to a degree, but I doubt it.

I suppose I meant that I wouldn't know because I just make poses and disregard the animations.

No, you can make guys too, but they have less options than girls.

So the actual in-game sex scenes animation wise are worse
I guess its got a tiny bit more life in them since you've got to work into it
With mods the sex scenes are better because you can start orgies, rape girls, make them aheago, take virginity and maybe so on
Animations also gain more freedom in some sense because you can make girls arch their backs more, attack girls to specific parts of the sex scenes, have girls watch you and probably more
Kplug makes the sex scenes feel better but not look better if that makes sense

To add on to this: what would you say are some essential mods, like someone mentioned before?
