a pretty great game that starts slow and drags on during chapter 4 in particular. Voice acting and dialogue can be really bad, but the overall narrative is good and the combat system is superb when it finally gets going.

start ursula's quest as soon as you can, and keep grinding it in the background as that shit takes forever, aside from that though not sure there's anything to mention

Get the node that allows you to chain an art into another as soon as you can, things will flow much faster that way
Moving as soon as the attack lands cancels the recovery frames, so you don't need to just sit on your ass while waiting for the arts to recharge
Buy food that raises your recharge rate, it'll help out a lot in early game
Pay attention to the tutorials because the dev team was dumb and forgot to add a "Tips" menu, so once they pop you'll never see them again, and the game does have a lot of systems going on
Don't open many cores with Rex, you'll understand why later
Overdrive Protocols are limited, you get 8 in a single playthrough (3 from treasures, 5 from maxing out the affinity nodes of the drivers), so use them sparingly and only if you absolutely need to move this one Rare Blade to another driver
Do not kill the Armu in Torigoth and keep feeding the fucker
There's more but I don't remember it all, enjoy the game
