I based it on the face that Ryu and Ken both have a similar fighting style, so I made the Burger King to represent Ken in this hypothetical videogame since they are both Burger Restaurants mainly. Bison AKA Dictator would be The Buffalo Wild Wings Bison as just an anthro Bison wearing the outfit. The Colonel would either be Guile or Charlie.

Well I based it off the rivalry between KFC and Mcdonalds in my country since burger king didn't came until some years ago and kinda fitted the way stronger than the protagonists (due to the bigger burgers and smaller prices) enemy
