I haven't seen this mentioned in years, god damn.

Does it still have players? It was fun for a few hours but I can't imagine it would retain players.

Every update since 2015 made it worse

Fuck no. The dev has his head up his ass and has ruined the game with horrible "balance" revamps, nonsensical changes to shootout, and doesn't listen to the community apart from those who suck his dick. He whines like a bitch when any kind of constructive criticism is attempted and those who speak out against his shitty patches get banned on the forums. Let's not forget that new maps and weapons rarely happen and he sabotages the modes and playstyles that he doesn't like.
Fuck Ryell, and fuck Fistful of Frags.

This. The final straw was changing the chest system in death match/tdm.

Don't forget making the yellowboy (Henry rifle) a super nerfed default weapon now.
Ryell also hates bunny hopping and any sense of speed/advanced movement skills, so crouch jumping being heavily nerfed was inevitable.

I gleefully await the day a new Western shooter comes to steam to siphon the rest of the players away from Fof.
