Someday there will be a new blazblue. I don't know when. But it's too good to pass up on. Because Blazblue has always been huge in arcades. It still gets played a lot in arcades even though it's been years since an update.

Some guy made sprite comparisons before and they actually do make some adjustments to them to make each character seem less out of place because of their different design styles. Also, hitboxes/hurtboxes/balancing I presume.

Back in last year's EVO Japan, everyone was a bit annoyed that half the roster was DLC.
Now with the announcement that the patch is coming around May, I imagine only the West is irked while the Japanese get to enjoy the patch already, meaning the voices of displeasure are only ringing from the western.
tl;dr: the west are the only ones that are mad.

BB still has god knows how long with the 6th fate being revealed at EVO sunday and then take another 6 months for it to be delivered.

The EVO entrant # will shoot up when the patch and S2 finally drop, but I doubt it'll be drastic enough to lift BBTAG high up from being in fucking last place. That last place is really a testament to how poorly they handled it after the first year

I play both Xrd and CF. Both are great games but CF is so much more technical than Xrd is it's not even fucking funny. Not to say that Xrd doesn't take skill to play but it's definitely not on par with the older games.
