Proper final bosses. Chronus and Aria not showing up in gameplay despite being the main antagonists of story mode was a terrible decision. Imagine if you never fought or played as Bison in Street Fighter.

Good music like they had in the 2D games. The new music isn't bad, but I am not really finding any of it catchy enough to listen to when not playing. That's a low for Guilty gear.

I like a lot of the music from Revelator on, though I didn't like SIGN's tracks all that much. I would be just as likely to listen to the likes of Enough is Enough as I would a lot of the music from XX though.
