Junkyards, or any other level with a "garbage" motif.
These are good too.

levels that take place on moving structures like trains or the classic giant elevator arena; its been done to death but i don't fucking care i always smile when i get on a elevator and the battle music starts, im genuinely disappointed when i get on a big platform elevator in a game and i just go to the next floor without a fight

A large aircraft fly through the night that you have to walk around the outside of and the inside is like a lavish hotel.
