I then grind like mad, because most of the general care you have about a main comes from experience and overall investment in playing them. It also helps that I don't stress gameplay styles. Zoner, grappler, rushdown, charge, it's irrelevant. If it's something new to learn then I accept it, practice it, and not let it stop me from picking and improving with the character that resonates with me.
