I hated The Witcher 1 so much that it doesn't matter how much the entire world hypes 3, I will never play it.
Had not played 1 first, I probably would have fall into it.

People usually shit on Morrowind for the combat.
The story/main quest is fine it is the gameplay that sucks.

You're a huge faggot for hating the first one, but the three games have little in common with each other in terms of gameplay. If you stripped out the IP, nobody would recognize the game design as being part of a series.

God of War is pretty awful on the first playthrough. I'd probably recommend easy difficulty, because I had to use that to get the trophy for the Valkyries.

I'll be honest, the first two games in the trilogy are overrated dog shit. It's awful that an action game has such bad combat, but the third game is quite entertaining.

I really liked story, voice acting, visuals and environments in Witcher 3 but the gameplay is incredibly bland.
Barely passable combat, bad controls for basic actions, lots of incredibly poor pacing with painful time padding, and loot was awful as well
