Kamidori Alchemy Meister is fucking great. You don't get to the porn until after 5 hours into the game, but by that point you could care less.
Rance VI is also really good, but pretty grindy.
Bunny Black 1/2 isn't as great and is also grindy as fuck, but can be pretty fun.
