This tractor factory was refurbished during a War that nobody foresaw to fight hostile aggressive invaders (that didn't exist yet) bent on conquering the Soviet Union (which was a backwards power at the time recovering from the deadliest War in history and its own Civil War.

That's literally what led to the establishment of Soviet Russia and led to people turning away from the Provisional Government.
