Get to a new boss

>get to a new boss
>die countless time and think it's impossible
>wake up next day
>kill him on first or second try
Does this happen to anyone else?

That's how the human brain works.

Died to Isshin a couple of times. Stopped playing for two days. Came back and beat him in less than 10 tries. Demon of hatred took me way longer.

Yeah, that's learning

That's what Isshin was like for me. That's just how it works, once you are tilted there is no point in playing anymore

Demon of hatred. Died a fuckton amounts of times one night. Went to bed and woke up and won in 3 tries.

This has been me throughout the entire game.

if you slept at all during your sekiro play through then you didn't actually complete the game

Thats normal. You learn their patterns but get frustrated so you don't win. Once you come back, your mind is sort of reset and you can calmly beat them in a few tries at the start of the new session. You simply learn the game and become more familiar with it. This applies to prettty much any game.

>die 50 times to Owl 2.0
>wake up next day and kill him on 7th try
Does this count?

Yes, you give your mind and muscle memory time to meditate on what you've learned. It's Oblivion-tier shit and it works. That being said I died at least 10 times last night to Demon of Hatred and feel like I already know his moves and the whole fight is just an endurance test you have to be nearly perfect in.

It’s what I did with
Lady butterfly
Genichiro
And guardian ape.

Just made it to Ashina Castle night so I’m almost finished boys !

Every time

>finally beat boss
>think “the mechanics really weren’t that difficult”
>yet it took me 20 tries

>spend about 4 hours on level 6
>take a break and grab something to eat
>beat it first time

>spend a whole afternoon trying to beat one miniboss
>look up a video on what I'm doing wrong
>guy consumes candy and cheeses shinobi axe to kill him in under a minute

fuck sake

No From game is difficult, they're just learning exercises. The volume of death screens doesn't equate to difficulty.
Typically once you've done it, you can do it again no problem.
If it was difficult, it would still be hard once you've done it.

That's Guardian Ape for me.
Every other boss I got stuck on I raged attempt until I achieve complete zen due to dying to much and finally beat them.
Fuck demon of hatred though. My hands were shaking as I hit the final prompt as my heart beats like I was running a marathon.

Yeah I avoid you tubers who do that.
Fextralife does really good videos.
He doesn’t use items or any cheese beyond using fire crackers to get a few extra hits in.

Thats difficulty though. You learn shit and thus get better.

Difficulty is an illusion.
