He went to like, county jail at first, got released on bail on the condition that he did not use the internet. The first thing he did was not only go online, but brag on twitter that the cops did not find his back up child pornography HD when they searched his house.

Needless to say he immediately got his bail revoked, went back to jail, ended up going to prison for several years and is now out, with the DoJ monitoring his internet usage. He's allowed a single device to go online with.
