off the top of my head, thin bloods can have normal sex and conceive (at 15th gen and higher at least), and only take lethal damage from sunlight instead of aggravated (which is to say, it'll still fucking kill them if they run out into the daylight, just not quiet so hilariously quickly as normal kindred) and like half their blood pool can't be used for anything... annnd.. they have a cap on how high they can raise disciplines.
