Squats man, they are called squats, and believe or or not are a serious part of working out. They strengthen your legs and core and then it's more or less the same leg and torso motion to lift some weights. I do 20 every or every other day, keeps my legs solid, and the stronger core helps keep an injury related back issue at a more managable pain level.

Zack was best boi. So much so I'm damn tempted to pick up his Play Arts model for my gaming area, despite the expense, over all other characters. He's an amazing character, partially because while being the ideal hero, he dies saving the 'true' hero of the story, and goes on to serve as the source of his skills and knowledge (though Jenova memory fuckery) and later actively through memory of him. That moment in ACC where he offers to help out genuinely made me choke up for a second.

That's...a bit debatable. Cloud doesn't really have any of Zack's memories, and even where he self-inserts himself into his shoes, he was there for it, or told about it after the fact by Zack himself.

Even Cloud's swordsmanship is mostly his own style, as Before Crisis established, albeit similar (there are only so many practical ways to swing a big sword, I suppose.) His stance is more low to the ground, and his arms are in a more relaxed position, and his sword strikes tend to allow the size and momentum of the blade do the work while maintaining a defense where possible, whereas Zack's strikes are more focused on pure aggression. Cloud's also more adaptable as a swordsman, developing an ambidextrous fighting style to use with his Fusion sword(s). He also holsters the sword with the blade facing up, as opposed to facing downward like Zack.

I think that's because Zack hits enemies with the blunt edge to avoid wear, tear and rust.
