Pre-Sequel, which is narrated post-BL2 by Athena. She explains that all of BL2's Jack-related misery stems from Moxxi, Lilith, and Roland running a complex scheme to have Jack killed before he got too powerful, which failed on Lilith's end and only served to piss him off. Question: What are the chances that the art direction/graphics can change at this stage?
I'm holding out the smallest bit of hope that the rounded edges (in hair specifically) get eliminated for a more natural, pointed, look. I find that the hair looks kinda "plastic" and its something that wasn't the case in the previous games (I think). In the reveal trailer it's very obvious in all the scenes with Troy/Tyreen.

The cel shading looks way better as well as the animation, lighting and textures. The jump in graphics is way bigger than from 1 to 2, the main reason they all look so similar to each other is that they all use the same art style.
