Looks really neat. Could use more polish for sure, but the concept seems fun enough.

I'd buy it for a dollar or two, it looks interesting. Not a fan of the slow-mo, though.

That's actually really neat OP. Reminds me of all the Portal-but-without-the-portals clones that have come out in the last decade, but actually decent and with fresh mechanics.

my only complaint is the color of the gun, and the bloom effects, looks neat

I'd say tone down on the bloom and add some more variation to the basic room walls so it isn't just repeating cubes everywhere.
Gameplay wise it looks good.

Add a waifu,Make it “pure” so people will be like “DONT LEWD HER SHES PURE HAHA”but also make them easily pornable so it appeals to r34 waifu fags
Make it have forced difficulty,So people will get mad and it will end up in rage comps.
Make it have meme bait characters so people will make unfunny memes
Make it have 2 males,ship wars will go crazy even if they never meet in game!
Make it have “retro indie graphicz” but dont do it for any good reason and just do it so you can appeal to nostalgia!

I would expect something like this to be $5 to $10 on steam. I would buy it on a 75% sale or for like two dollars. I wait a long time before buying things though. I'm not sure why it wouldn't sell for $5; it looks fun.

I'll second turning down the bloom a bit. Also, add MORE glowy shit if you want tron. Small things to separate shit, like the highlights on an outfit. sound effects could use some work, too. Otherwise, it's a new idea. Hard to tell how fun it'll be playing around with it. Will probably need you to be pretty good at level design.
And I don't think slowmo is a great idea. Portal felt satisfying when you manage to pull off some stupid but mechanically challenging solution to a puzzle. I don't see how you could have any challenge with it.

Like what , you could add more bits of glow to outline things and tone down the huge walls of bloom. Call me a fag but I would have to close my eyes every time I enter the hub, and the burning glow of the gun would eventually drive me insane. Maybe add a "night mode" or "blacklight" option in the video settings which preserves the aesthetic but uses less harsh colours?

Cool game OP, would definitely try it out. I have a small nitpick and is that the sound of the gun gets a bit annoying, it could certainly use a bit more polish. But the core gameplay looks solid.

Is this better or worse?

There's this AI dude that follows you around sometimes and gives the player tips. I can easily change it to a waifu if you think that will attract more players.

It looks really cool, the bright colors aren't my thing and I like the idea of creating platforms to complete puzzles. kinda reminds me of portal

How similar is this to Thalos, QUBE, Turing Test, Quantum Conundrum and other FPS puzzles?

People might compare this to Portal, but it seems pretty interesting mechanically with all the shit you can do with the triangles. What's important is the length and difficult of certain puzzles. It might be a good idea to release a free demo and get feedback from that. Otherwise looks pretty interesting so far.

Suggestion for you dev, make the levels longer and harder, with the little easy levels that you've made essentially being the tutorial section for new mechanics.
Ramping difficulty, secret stuff and colour coding "worlds" are great to keep people interested. You've got something good here

Well you're doing great. Can I ask what the tree is about?

If possible make sure to not make it 100% linear in terms of puzzle room. Good puzzle games like Qube and Thalos Principle allow you to try different rooms if you are stuck, and maybe learn something that will help you in the previous room you were stuck in.

Nothing of significance. I needed something to make the lobby less boring so I added a tree.

I'm done with the puzzles but if this game gets more than like 100 downloads I'll make a second one with your ideas for sure.

Maybe make it so that every completed puzzle grow a small plant next to the tree, or start the tree smaller and make the tree grows as the game progress

Interesting, so the red gun makes the force field bouncy and the green gun makes it so it reverses your gravity?

A good idea might be to have the color of the force field change depending on the color of the gun, just to better help the player.

Also some fun ideas for a puzzle if you end up making more would be to use it to separate liquid or objects into respective containers, using it to help a ball or moving object get through an obstacle course, getting through a trippy MC Esher styled room with multiple platforms, bridges and shit on the walls and ceiling of the room requiring you to use the green gun multiple times, etc. Just some ideas. Good job OP would play/10.

Don't make it visually waifuish at all, but the dialog can make it so. That'll make the character much more memorable.

To add to that, it doesn't even need to be super overt. After explaining a basic mechanics, it can say "good luck!" and then later in the game when things get more dire, it can explain more complex concepts and give more heartfelt messages like, "...I'm really rooting for you!" Stuff like that.

Looks interesting user, just wanted to add some comments/sugestions:
- I agree with the other anons, less bloom is better. And during the video I couldn't figure out right away that the gun's change in color made it do something different. Maybe make it a bit more obvious, add some sound to the change (or maybe I'm just being retarded)
- Have you thought about making the AI buddy seen in shaped like a sphere? To contrast with the geometry of the game as a whole. Not sure if would look good but I think it's worth a try
- The aesthetic is cool, but maybe you should use less of those "light grids" like the green lines in the walls, or make them more discreet. Use the lighting to guide the player through the levels, to highlight something you know, give some kind of hint to what they should do or where should they go

You should add the ability to create different triangles for the different gun effects, it would allow for a greater puzzle variation.
