Narbacular Drop was the tech demo that got the devs hired by Valve to create Portal. Portal is much more refined right down to having the same issue that many sequels have in that it actively removed a feature from the previous game.

There's nothing to defend, dumb ass, it's a video game - a toy. Your life must be boring as fuck if people liking a game you don't like bothers you so much.

A genuine 10/10 game. Perfect length, puzzles, humor, and story. Hell, the first time I played it Glados was busted and didn't say a word until I fought her, and the game was still fantastic.

Fuck you too buddy, you didn't ask me what featured they removed. So it is obvious you didn't realize that I wasn't trying to make a defense of Portal and was trying to clarify that Portal is not a tech a demo. By the way, the feature that was removed from Narbacular Drop was the ability to shoot/place portals through portals which ultimately trivialized almost the entirety of the game, so just by removing it they made Portal more difficult by simple default.

Portal was and still is a phenomenal game. The only problem with it was the forced memes that came with it. It was impossible to have discussions of substance on the game without twenty autistic niggers shouting over each other about cakes and lies (which, if you weren't a newfag, you'd know was just as prevalent on Yea Forums as it was elsewhere like reddit, if not moreso).
