You can play as a chick in Insurgency: Sandstorm, it plays pretty similar to Tarkov except the game mode is actually good.

I found that The Division 2 actually manages to scratch that itch. Took me half an hour to get the character to look decent though, and had to use a youtube guide. Also I got the game for free, probably wouldn't recommend it for full price

I unironically enjoy the Division games, and if they announced tomorrow a DLC that just replaced all the humans in the game with anime girls I'd fucking buy it.
