What souls game should I play, if I haven't tried any of them?

I liked Dark Souls. Is Sekiro any fun? The setting looks less interesting to me. I really liked the way all the levels connected in Dark souls, music atmosphere.

Demons Souls

It's not as difficult but it teaches you all the basics at an easier pace. Dark Souls is almost perfect except for some shitty level design. Demons Souls IMO is still the best and most memorable.

Sekiro is tons of fun....bot only for one playthrough.

Just literally forget almost everything you know about Dark Souls despite the similar camera and control scheme.

You might get hella butt frustrated in the first couple of areas just from the learning curve.

I would say Sekiro has way better gameplay and boss fights than any of the soulsbourne games but is a little weak in the atmosphere/level design department. I don't feel quite as much mystery and don't feel as adventurous.
