I get what you mean, -watching- void combos has little appeal to me but sometimes you just want to see how well you can control your character. How long you can make an excruciatingly inefficient combo.
Most people have much less interesting but much more practical bread and butters when playing through the game / BP anyway, but you'd be surprised how often the practice in the void helps and you can chuck in some of your more outlandish combos

The enemies dont hit back in normal mode either after you get them in air and many void videos use enemy health and the combos are calculated to kill the enemy at the end.

I know you're being ironic but nuGod of War requires more strategy in it's fights than Devil May Cry and yet GMGoW is awful to play on, was awful to beat, and I'm happy that that's behind me.

Requiring strategy is fine and all but Fury require "strategy" (notice the quotation marks) for the wrong reason. It's not like Nobodies who are extremely heavy, Judeccas which require different combo paths to bound, Empusa's who when DT are harder to juggle, behemoths and empusa queens who's attack you hold because they can armor through. They're Furies. Their action being guaranteed isn't the problem. At least to me. It's the fact that they require inaction in the counter of their action.

Bayonetta is a different game and most of the fights in that are reactive and yet it's far more engaging than fighting Furies. Which is why they are awful.

Every character has an EX colour. You should already have most of them, it should ask you to pick a colour every time you start a mission, and you can choose the EX colour for Lady, Trish, Nico, and Vergil (once you've unlocked them all) in the Customize Cutscenes part of the options menu.

The risky thing with Dante's weapon selection is just flavour text, there are no actual downsides.

Furies will try to attack you within 4 seconds of seeing you. If you aren't retarded you can take them out after a single parry. I have. I have 100% completed it and all GMGOW does meaningfully is inflate enemy health pools. It's a great game in my opinion but I think its gameplay is extremely vapid and has more flair than substance.
