Ray tracing was just unlocked for all Nvidia card from the 1060 6gb card up.
Don't bother though since it fucking tanks fps in all games outside of BF5 if you are using anything outside of a 1080 at 1080p with lower settings.
Even weirder is Raytracing set to medium doesn't even work, it still uses the same shadows.

I bet it was designed by some devs to sell the game. None of the Tomb Raiders are moddable. They lock their assets tight.

All of them are moddable, they're just a pain in the ass, it also didn't help that because so many people were modding in the old models they just added them to the game which actually hurt modding since less people felt compelled to try and figure out of to crack it.
