Reminder: if a character isn't absolutely cheap and broken like Brawl Meta Knight was, then a nerf is bad game design. Nerfing a character into the ground nerfs the game's potential for fun away. Low tier characters should be buffed, high tier ones should be left alone.

I think the game is fairly well balanced at the moment, there’s only a few moves that I think need adjustment, like Little Mac being the only fighter who doesn’t get his Side B back after getting hit in the air

that is wrong. Metaknight wasn't even the only broken character in brawl. IC's infinites, diddy's banana's, olimar's pikmin, falco's lazer, etc. There was a bunch of shit that majority of the cast straight up couldn't deal with. How do you even buff a character like ganon to the point where he isn't curbstomped by falco? Sometimes shit is just overtuned and needs to be toned down
