Even back then minor glyphs were just cosmetic. Currently you can use every one of those "minor" glyphs unless they counteract each other, affecting the same ability.

He says there will be less Russians and bots and that's cool I guess, but is that worth the subscription fee? It's still the same game. Most classes lost a major skill that blizz made central to their kit at end game in legion.

>Rage of the sleeper and mark of ursoc- Both major parts of tanking which is why when they where removed druids dropped to barely usable in mythic plus on launch
>Ashemaine frenzy- another bleed, which means you had another whole proc a second of all your bleed talents
>Moon faze- still there but now it is a talent taking away power if you want to keep it- added another faster energy generator that also rapped to aoe between main rotation cooldowns
>G'haar- literally double your healing over time in clutch which is one of druids biggest weaknesses.

Not to mention they put some of the artifact abilities in the talent tree, except heavily nerfed.
I don't get it, making a player feel less powerfull than in a previous expansion is just horrible game design.
Something that can also be seen with the level and gear scaling, leveling up literally just makes it harder to kill enemies instead of the opposite.

No, vanilla raids were more intermixed. They were all tiered, but each raid still had items that were unique and powerful regardless of where it came from. Some people hated it, some liked it.

You can at most go into BWL in mostly ZG gear (with the exception of resistance pieces) because the itemization is so much better.

DM released and gave better gear than MC at a lower ilvl because your healer could get trinkets that gave Mp5 and cloth gear with just int and spirit as opposed to MC gear that, while 15-20 ilvls higher, spent that ilvl budget on adding agi/str/ap to gear you were wearing just for the int and +hp. Same with ZG

Yes classic will have much less pve longevity, but old wow did not have nearly as much of a razor focus on instanced content like modern does. World PvP can and will keep people going for years, I know it did back when I played.

You can download patches to get the animations/models from WoD to work in older expansion, that might be what you've seen.
The animations in classic weren't bad, but the newer animations are definitely better.
