Blighttown's difficulty is definitely overrated, but after beating it there's a feeling of "thank fuck that's over, never going back there again."
DS3 doesn't have a place with that feeling, the whole game feels like a playground and you wouldn't really object to going back anywhere.
The only place that gave me that feeling was the fly dungeon in Ashes of Ariandel

You have to be human, and then you have to find the summon sign. If you had a legit copy it'd be as simple as going just outside the boss room, but the NPC summon signs are sometimes in pretty weird/hidden places. Also, a good number of boss fights simply don't have summons.

Level Attunement to gain spell slots (I think you get the first slot at 10 Attunement) From there you assign spells to slots at Bonfires and gain a certain number of uses for each slotted spell, these refill at Bonfires. There are three kinds of spell: Miracles (scales with Faith), Sorceries (scales with Intelligence) and Pyromancies (scales with the level of your Pyromancy Flame). Pyromancies are worth using with any build because you don't need to commit to levelling your character in any way beyond the Attunement to hold the spells.
