It's still good as a proc force multiplier. 25% chance to proc, hits 3 targets, and has a 0.3 proc coefficient. Ignoring the damage of the Uke the hit itself is worth 7.5% of a normal attack for proccing. Given you have 3 targets that's 22.5% more stickies, bleeds, band procs, ATG missiles which can also proc Ukulele, and whatever else.

It's good number crunch for taking out multiple bosses, but it becomes very clearly greater as time goes on to do things like passively genocide all small enemies around a boss not just for Wisp explosions, but things like more crits for Predatory Instinct/Harvester's Scythe, Leech Seed, Bandoliers, and many reds like Ceremonial Daggers, Soulbound Catalyst, and Brainstalks.

It's red because if it were white, and by extension easy to infinitely stack, it would actually be overpowered. Even green would be too common for it, it's not an item that you should have more than one of for every run.

Because if you save your jump from a Hopoo feather you can do it at green, and if you are a Commando/Merc you can prevent it innately while HAN-D can get a bunch of armor to lessen it.

the way i do it is i make a sketch layer, over that i do a line layer (basically tracing the sketch) i take the magic wand tool and select the outside of the lines, this will check to see if you made any open lines, invert the selection, make a layer under that and paint in the colors

Pretty much Layers; Sketch, lines, color, ect. on different layers changes the game, learning how to utilize the different tools like fill and such helps.

As for just drawing with a mouse paths is an okay option though it's time consuming, I know a friend that draws almost entirely with a mouse and it fucks me up how good they are.

It works well but the fire damage has been adressed. It's severely overtuned and most likely will be nerfed, hopefully they remove the large chunks of health getting chipped away and make it tick more for smaller amounts. Sometimes, if you get randoms that understand its better to have a well-equipped team instead of one dude piling on all the items. Most of the time though you'll meet people that will try to steal your items or take items that are more beneficial to another survivor ( aka not giving Engineer bustling fungus ). The worst of it is when you clear a boss and someone grabs all the loot by the teleporter without a hint of remorse.

Miner would work fine with the base kit he has, he just needs a few tweaks:

it's odd bouncing back and forth between the two games. It makes me realize ror2's scaling is a lil off. in ror1, the bison where the size of a house, now they are the size of a person. lemurians where pretty huge, the flying ones had wingspans multiple bodylengths wide

I'm kinda sad things aren't as huge feeling outside of a few instances. I think the level sizes feel fine, but enemies being a bit bigger to make you feel tiny and in danger would be nice.

Maybe you haven't noticed, but even the regular Beetles in RoR2 are at least twice the size of a Commando.

She really needs better than standard damage scaling imo, the point of most of her skills is that they hit infrequently but hard, but their raw damage becomes peanuts compared to enemy health when things start getting interesting and then she's up the creek due to being slow at triggering on-hit effects.
