If you dont mind going old-school there are a handful of translation scripts at places like GameFAQs. Its not ideal but they also serve as guides to the 'right' choices so thats nice

Sakura Taisen is not meant for EOP eyes.
Or the eyes of Win 7 users if you play the PC versions, as it turns out. Even on an XP VM I had to go through hoops to make the games run. Only 4 worked on Win 7 for me.
