Gacha games are shit, people only play them because they're addicting and they like whatever theme they're presenting. Pick your poison, it's all the same garbage. Like Dragon Ball? Play Dokkan Battle. Final Fantasy has Record Keeper and Brave Exvius.
Puzzle & Dragons is probably the only gacha game I've ever played that doesn't feel like a scam.
