Xbox emulation is currently only barely below the point of this game being well-preserved.

You can easily run the game in high resolution at full speed, with the only problems being that the 2D elements are not properly scaled and some of the screen effects don't work right. They are major problems, though and I wouldn't recommend emulating it for your first playthrough.

The only example I can think of for this is GTA 4 and San Andreas, which Rockstar patched on every platform. SSX 3 is an OG Xbox BC game and none of the songs were touched
They don't use the shitty emulator from the 360. All OG Xbox games run perfectly and even support 4K resolution.

Those games are not available digitally, that's correct. If you happened to have bought Driver SF before it got delisted, then it will show up in your ready to install library but that's all I believe. The precedent is there, the talent is there...so don't discount it right away. That's all :)

Just a PSA to everyone in the thread:
JSRF is one of the few games that runs well on CXBX-Reloaded. You can play it right now, assuming you can find the ISO, extract the XBE file using xiso manager and then do some configuration of the emulator.
Native res only and no upscaling, and there is some graphics errors when boosting or spraying graffiti, but its perfectly playable and beatable.
