I just changed it to be the same username i have on everything.
The only two games I own that are potentially affected are Bloodborne and Wipeout. I don't care about my Bloodborne save but if this wiped my Wipeout save I'll be a little pissed. Some of those A+ challenges took about 50 attempts.

you might lose progress toward trophies with some games but not the trophies themselves.
That can definitely be annoying for some tedious milestone trophies, though. Especially multiplayer ones.
