So anons, is it true that if I buy a game on Steam, download it, then refund it, I can play it for free after I simply download a crack? Do I have to wait until the refund goes through?
So anons, is it true that if I buy a game on Steam, download it, then refund it...
Yes
No
Maybe
Maybe
Its true, but why not just pirate the game in full at that point, since if you just refund spam mindless your account can get locked.
Yes but they'll start denying refunds pretty quickly and it's probably the most obnoxious piracy method you could use
Because it's faster through Steam. So, can I crack immediately after I refund it, or do I have to wait until they give my money back?
Why obnoxious?
You have to wait, can take upwards of a week on some cases. And if you do it a lot it can lock you. And then just to top it off more if the game just updated or something like that it may be hard to find the current patch crack.
For some games you won't even need a crack.
But really, at that point why even bother? It's quicker and easier to just pirate it in the first place.
Why do I need to wait?
Because thats how their system works, it sometimes won't process for days.
But the refund won't be somehow cancelled if I start playing the cracked game immediately after refunding?
It might be if you've done too many and they choose to lock your account for refunds.
This is no different from regular piracy basically except you download the files from steam and not other sources.
You will get denied refunds if you do it to much.
Its still faster and easier to just get Repacks from trusted re-packers.

Tell some
I WANT TO FUCK PITOU!!!!
>spending money to pirate a game.
That's the dumbest shit I ever heard in my life.

Yes. It’s also true that you can just download the game altogether for free on the internet without going through any hassle.
If the game has no DRM then yes, you literally can do that.
>BUT STEAM IS A DRM!
No, SteamWorks is, Steam it self is just a content delivery platform. You can use it exactly like GOG and get nothing but DRM free games.
i heard that if you just refund everything you buy they eventually ban you but idk, i have a job so i just buy shit or use Cdkeys or G2A to save money.
Got RE2 day one for like $32 USD
