Not at all, and the lore changes in TBC were the first signs of the inevitable decline of WoW.

Of the race itself, it's just non-fel aligned Eredar, and while it makes sense that such a race would exist, having them be numerous enough to exist as their own playable faction is foolish, especially because we saw multiple times up until that point that Broken are what they devolved into en mass. They were added solely to add a "monsterous" race to the Alliance at the time and to counterbalance Blood Elves, and they even fail at that, not really feeling a whole lot different than night elves.

Crashing a not!spaceship into Azeroth as a huge exodus also set up a bunch of techno shit that never really fit Warcraft, and now after a half dozen expansions, still sticks out like a sore thumb. If such a ship exists, than it stands to reason that it's most likely not the first of its kind, and space travel is something that happens in the setting, with all the implications that entails.

But far worse than anything else with the Draenei are the existence of the Na'ruu and how they ruin the mystery of how a great deal of other planes work, along with mainly functioning as a plot device that can't even remain consistent. Furthermore, their addition led to a far accellerated power creep of the players, who now continue to slay gods on the regular yet continue to do mundane tasks and be treated like nobodies, causing a huge disconnect and turning the game into DBZ power-level bullshit. Despite TBC being a fun expansion, it was literally the start of the slow downfall of WoW, and the game would've been in a far better place had it never been a thing.

The only real ways TBC fucked vanilla was flying mounts and their retarded raid release schedule.
