Excuse me? The only sign that points to no is the fact that they got an English translator at the start of a suda vid to specify that the main things they were talking about was Travis strikes again and that there wasn't going to be anything about smash and travis. There are so many signs that Travis has a great shot to be in the game. Suda has expressed that he would like it, has talked with sakurai, a game just came out so he has attention again, and that game is only on the switch much like how his other games started out on Nintendo consoles and fits in with the whole New game IPs for smash.
