Archives is the only thing worth getting back to, but after it ends is back to not playing it. At least Blizz has enough sense to not make Archives available all year long, it would also wear off eventually otherwise, and since they are too lazy to make new events or speed up the creation of maps/characters the only thing they can really do is making this event only once a year

Ultimates themselves are an entirely imbalanced mechanic in overwatch that negates player skill in a lot of ways, it's a glorified "i win" button that stifles the flow of the game, and limits single-player impact.

The summary of each weapon's abilities is the equivalent of skills in tf2.

We would've had tf3 by now if valve hadn't become a company that doesn't actually produce games. Hats ruined any prospect of growth in tf2.

Pyros have always been a solid counter, and a half decent team can completely negate spies simply by having each other's back. spy has always been very underpicked in any form of competitive play because good players don't fuck around with them. a big push can be made out of an enemy spy dying at your backline.

Also worth mentioning that the current form of TF2 that exists is a far cry from tf2 at its peak gameplay. weapon balance, and thus class balance has been completely fucked for a very long time.
